How to use recent searches

Updated 3 September 2026 · 1 min read · by DealerPricing

Every VRM search is saved automatically. Click Recent searches at the top of the dashboard to see the list, then click a vehicle to reload its market data without using a search credit. Use it to track cars you are watching and to compare how a price has moved since you last looked.

Step by step

  1. Click "Recent searches"

The button shows how many searches are saved.

  2. Pick a vehicle

The dashboard reloads that car with fresh live listings, so the comparison is current even if the search is a week old.

What you’ll see

  • Your saved searches with registration and date
  • Fresh listings and valuation for the chosen car
  • Notes you added to the vehicle
