Built for more than one site

Set the team up once from your profile, then add people as you need them.

  • Branches, each with its own manager
  • Roles for owners, managers and staff
  • Invite users by email; each person signs in with their own account
  • Add or remove seats at any time, at £20 a month per extra user
  • A shared pool of searches and history-check balance, or a fixed allocation per branch or person

What every team member gets

Each team member works under the owner’s Pro plan, with searches taken from the owner’s monthly allowance:

  • Trade, retail, part-exchange and auction values from live and sold UK dealer listings, refreshed hourly
  • Up to 11 valuation types, standard specification and factory options
  • Every comparable car for sale and sold, with days to sell and a market rating
  • History checks for finance, write-off and stolen records at £2.50, paid from the team balance
  • Manufacturer service history checks
  • Free MOT history, tax status and safety recall status
  • Access from ChatGPT and Claude

The same appraisal at every site

When every site prices part-exchanges and auction cars from the same live market, offers stop depending on who did the appraisal. Pair it with a written appraisal process: our free part-exchange appraisal form gives every site the same checklist and the same offer calculation.

For stock, compare each site’s days in stock with the days to sell for the models it holds. A slow site usually has a buying or pricing problem, and the market data shows which.

Connect it to your own systems

The DealerPricing developer API gives your DMS, appraisal app or website the same data: vehicle decode, tax and MOT, market pricing and trade valuation, history checks and service history. It is pay as you go, or packages from £99 a month, with free sandbox keys for your developers.

The API is billed separately from dealer plans, so you can start with seats for your team and add integration later.

Start with one used car manager

There is no group contract to sign before you try it. One manager can start on Pro 100 at £99 a month (first month half price), use it on real appraisals and auction purchases, then add seats and branches when the rest of the team needs it. Pro 200 gives 200 searches a month for busier sites.

For larger groups, or if you need help with volumes, integration or data, contact us and we will work out the right set-up with you.

Frequently asked questions

What pricing software do dealer groups use?

Most groups use a trade price guide for finance and remarketing paperwork, the tools that come with their marketplace advertising, and a live-market pricing tool for buying, appraisals and repricing. DealerPricing is a live-market tool that every user can run on a phone or computer.

Can several people work under one DealerPricing account?

Yes. On a Pro plan the owner creates a team, adds branches and managers, and adds seats at £20 a month per extra user. Each person is invited by email, signs in with their own account and uses the owner’s Pro plan and monthly searches.

Do team members share the search allowance?

Yes. Team members search on the owner’s monthly allowance and pay for history checks from the team balance. Choose a shared pool for everyone, or a fixed allocation for each branch or person. A car anyone in the team has searched that month is free for the rest of the team.

How much does it cost to add a user?

£20 a month per extra user, on top of the owner’s Pro plan. Seats can be added or removed at any time; a removed seat stays usable until the end of its billing period.

Can we set up branches for each site?

Yes. Create a branch for each site and give each one a manager, then assign staff to the branch they work at.

Does DealerPricing integrate with our DMS?

Through the developer API. It returns vehicle decode, tax and MOT, market pricing, trade valuations, history checks and service history, so your DMS or appraisal app can show the same figures. Packages start at £99 a month, or pay as you go.

Can we show valuations on our own website?

Yes, through the developer API, for example in a part-exchange form. Talk to us about how you plan to use the data so we can recommend the right package.

Is there a contract?

No. Dealer plans and seats are month to month, with no setup fee and no VAT added. The first month of a plan is half price.

Can our used car manager try it before the group commits?

Yes. Start one manager on Pro 100 at £99 a month, with the first month half price, then add seats and branches if it earns its place.

How do we keep part-exchange appraisals consistent across sites?

Use the same pricing tool and the same written process at every site. Our free part-exchange appraisal form covers documents, condition, checks and the offer calculation, and the calculator turns the trade value into an offer the same way every time.

How should a group measure stock turn?

Use the same sum at every site: retail sales in 12 months divided by average stock. Compare each site with the market days to sell for the models it holds. The free stock turn calculator does the sum.
