Luxury brand Genesis has taken another step in its UK expansion plan by launching a brand‑new dealership in Cannock, West Midlands. The opening follows a franchise agreement with the Car Dealer Top 100 firm Brindley Group, which is already welcoming customers at the new site.
Why the partnership with Brindley Group matters
The Brindley Group, recognised for its strong performance on the Car Dealer Top 100 list, provides Genesis with a proven retail platform. Managing Director Che Watson commented that the dedicated Genesis showroom reflects the brand’s “world‑class customer experience”. This collaboration gives the premium Korean marque a focused presence in the West Midlands, complementing its existing sites.
What the Cannock dealership offers
The Delta Way location combines a sleek glass‑fronted showroom with a purpose‑built customer lounge that draws on Genesis’s Korean hospitality concept, known as “Son‑nim”. Both sales and after‑sales facilities are available, allowing the dealership to serve the entire vehicle ownership journey. The design aims to deliver the same high‑touch experience found at Genesis’s other dedicated sites in Surrey and Glasgow, as well as at locations shared with sister brand Hyundai.

Ben Sargeant, Director of Genesis and Customer Strategy at Genesis Motor UK, described the Cannock opening as “another step in the outfit’s plans to expand its dealer network”. He added that the new outlet “provides enhanced brand experience and customer touchpoints for Genesis to showcase our exemplary range”.
