The group has officially opened two new BYD dealerships in Waterlooville, Hampshire, and Honiton, Devon, bringing its total number of BYD outlets to six.

These latest openings represent a calculated expansion of Snows' BYD dealer network, which already includes established locations in Basingstoke, Newbury, Chichester, and Southampton. The addition of these strategically positioned dealerships along the south coast and in the South West demonstrates Snows' commitment to increasing accessibility to BYD vehicles across southern England.

The brand achieved record-breaking sales in 2025, registering 51,422 vehicles to become the sixth best-selling brand nationally. This impressive performance underscores why dealer groups like Snows are keen to strengthen their association with the brand.

Humphries highlighted the brand's appeal to British motorists: "BYD produces exceptional vehicles, each of which delivers fantastic performance with a surprisingly small price-tag. With a BYD vehicle, our customers are guaranteed incredible value for money."

The decision to expand follows successful performance at Snows' four initial BYD dealerships. Humphries noted: "The four Snows BYD dealerships that we initially opened have proven incredibly popular, and I'm sure that will be the case in Waterlooville and Honiton as well."

This expansion reflects growing consumer confidence in BYD's expanding model line-up, which recently welcomed its ninth model for the UK market – the Sealion 5 DM-i – with pricing and specification details confirmed just last week.
